Unfortunately, due to the specifics of custom and commission pieces, we do not accept returns. However, we strive to provide the best experience for you in the creative process.

We keep the lines of communication open and provide you with all the needed information, as well as a preapproval proof of the work prior to starting and updates as it progresses and make sure you receive the finish product in the safest and sound way possible.

As for ready pieces of art. We are happy to work with you to be satisfied with your purchase and encourage you to contact us with any issues that may transpire. We will do all that we can to help.
